Stephanie-Ann is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics, inspired by a deep desire to bridge the realms of counsciousness and Science. This integration is the heart of Intuition of Science—a platform she created to share the tools, knowledge, and insight that helped her transform

her own life and now support others in doing the same.

With lived experience navigating ADHD, PTSD, and addiction recovery, Stephanie-Ann brings not only professional training but also deep personal understanding to her work. She guides others from a place of embodiment, healing, and integrity—having walked the path herself. Her mission is to help others heal from a place of wholeness, not wounding.

Often referred to by her clients and peers as a healing ambassador, Stephanie-Ann holds space with compassion, depth, and clarity. She believes healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but remembering what’s already whole within us.

Raised in a non-traditional environment, she learned early how to show up for others in their most vulnerable moments. Her own healing journey took a pivotal turn when she walked the Camino de Santiago, choosing to radically change her life, environment, and relationship to self. That path led her to India, where she immersed herself in breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and multiple forms of yoga—including Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative. Each practice offered a key to unlocking the deeper intelligence of the body, mind, and soul.

Years earlier, a near-death experience following a heart attack (after overcoming alcohol addiction) catalyzed a profound internal awakening. This experience unlocked intuitive abilities and deepened her connection to Spirit—but her scientific mind couldn’t rest until it found tangible evidence. In time, through studying neuroscience and quantum mechanics, she discovered that the mystical and measurable could indeed coexist.

Today, Stephanie-Ann is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, trained in Vinyasa and other yoga disciplines, a Neuroscience Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and QHHT Hypnotherapist. She offers sessions both online and in person, currently based on Vancouver Island and serving clients across the Island and the Lower Mainland.

Her approach is grounded, heart-centered, and multidimensional. Whether you're navigating trauma, seeking clarity, recovering from addiction, or simply returning to your inner self, Stephanie-Ann offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
